In order to get a correct initial assessment and plan a personalized diet, physical activities, aesthetic treatments and all other therapies it is recommended to bring any routine urine and blood test results and any recent medical records. We also suggest bringing trainers, a tracksuit and a swimsuit.

Specific guided movement techniques to prevent functional disorders, a nutritious balanced diet and daily treatments selected on an individual basis will restore energy and vitality.

Functional gymnastics sessions could be combined with the latest generation B-MOOVE. The trainer, upon doctor’s recommendation, will follow the guests in personalized sessions of cardio, reinforcement, balance and stretching, which will quickly give appreciable results to the guests.

This program is designed for at least a 7 days stay. However, also a 5 days stay can bring significant improvements.
