The environment in our Spa is one of tranquility, where the right to privacy and serenity of all is to be respected. We appreciate that you keep your voice down.

Smoking is not permitted as well as divin, introduce pets and any other action that may disturb the relaxation of our guests.
We recommend that you store your valuables in the safe deposit available in locker rooms. We do not take responsibility for stored objects nor eventual losses or damage.
Please, sanitize your feet and shower before entering the pool and Pavilion SPA. Access to the Oasis SPA without slippers.
Food and alcohol are not allowed, water and herbal teas are always available inside the Pavilion.
Oasis Pavilion Spa (in & out pools, Kneipp path and musical pool) are open to all, children under 14 must be accompanied.
Oasis Spa (Hammam, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Snow Room, Emotional Showers) is reserved for people over 14 years of age.
Please enter the gym with sports clothing, clean sneakers, towel. It is forbidden to be bare-chested.
We recommend the use of slippers, bathrobe, sarong or towel. Please always wear your costume, topless is prohibited.
Children under the age of 5 must wear the aqua nappy.
Some activities are not recommended for pregnant women, those suffering from low blood pressure or vascular problems, heart and pacemaker wearers. We ask our guests to respect the indications.
